How do I place an order?

It couldn't be simpler, just follow the easy step by step instructions below.

1. Browse the store adding items to your shopping cart as you go through each of the pages.

2. Click on 'Checkout' order to go to the payment pages where you will be asked to select your delivery options.

3. Follow the instruction on the payment pages before submitting your order.

4. On receipt of your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation containing your "Unique order reference number"

Yes, I understand so far, but how do I get my photographs to you?

We offer many solutions described below:

Option 1
Simply reply to the order confirmation e-mail that you will automatically receive containing your 'Unique order reference number' and send it to us at sales@mypetphotogifts.co.uk.

Option 2
Copy selected digital images onto a disc and post to us at:
My Pet Photo Gifts, Unit 3 Rougham Business Centre, Rougham, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9ND.

Option 3
Upload images direct to our website using the following link. Also remember you must still reply to your order confirmation e-mail saying 'sent by uploader' so that we know where the photos are.

Option 4
If you don't have digital images and require items from traditional photo prints. Post the selected prints to us along with your "Unique order reference number" clearly marked to us at:
My Pet Photo Gifts, Unit 3 Rougham Business Centre, Rougham, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9ND
Your original prints will be returned to you with your order.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed immediately we receive your digital image, disc or prints.

We will keep you updated with progress of your order by e-mail and aim to have your unique pet photo gifts safely despatched within one week of receipt of your photos.

What if I'm not happy with the service or products?

If you're not happy we want to know so that we can solve the problem as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.
